What's a Misk U student's dorm room without a few handy Mythos references? These books are photo albums that I found for a bargain price and snapped up. For the writing I used a gold leafing pen, which is a bit pricier than the glitter gel pen I initially considered, but produces much nicer results (if only my calligraphy was up to the same standard...):
Even though Deep Ones have nothing to do with Keziah Mason, this bottled Deep One was such a perfect Mythos prop that I had to have one. Sculpting a baby Deep One out of Sculpey turned out to be a lot easier than constructing a life-sized rat-thing familiar out of wire and paper mache, so it was the work of only one night to come up with this charming little fellow:
